30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To request a return, visit the return centre to submit your return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid returnΒ shippingΒ label to your email address. We cover the return shipping costs.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.Β If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, submit a return within 48 hours of deliveryΒ with photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve it.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to product availability.Β Replacement delivery times may vary by location.

No Restocking Fees

ChicBloom does not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Discounts & Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be applied after checkout and are not refundable if not used during purchase.
